When you find yourself in need of withdrawing funds from your KUARIO account, it's essential to understand the withdrawal process and associated fees:

Automated Withdrawals:

Conditions:

  • Automated withdrawals are only possible on the latest top-up.

Fee Structure:

  • A withdrawal incurs a fee of 3.5% of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of €0.50.

Examples of Withdrawal Costs:

  • For a €10.00 withdrawal, the fee is €0.50, resulting in a net amount of €9.50.
  • A €20.00 withdrawal incurs a €0.70 fee, leaving the user with €19.30.
  • Even for a €5.00 withdrawal, the €0.50 fee applies, resulting in €4.50 received.

Manual Withdrawals:

Conditions:

  • Manual withdrawals become necessary when the account balance exceeds the latest top-up, often due to credits received from another KUARIO user via the "transfer" function.

Fee Structure:

  • For manual withdrawals, a fixed fee of €2.50 is applicable.

Example of Manual Withdrawal:

  • If your account balance is €50.00, and your last top-up was €30.00, you can request a manual withdrawal of the €20.00 surplus. The withdrawal fee will be €2.50, resulting in a net amount of €17.50.

Initiating Manual Withdrawals:

  • To initiate a manual withdrawal, users should send an email to withdrawal@kuario.com.

Important Notes:

  • All fees mentioned will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
