⚙️ Managing cards in KUARIO (App or online) Do you want to change the name of your card to recognize it more easily? Or have you lost a card and want to block it immediately? You can easily manage your linked cards via the KUARIO app or website.
Follow the steps below to access your card settings:
Log in to your KUARIO account (via the app or website).
Press the gear icon ⚙️ to open the menu.
Select the option "Linked IDs".
Choose the RFID card you want to manage.
Press the "Edit Card" button.
You now have two options: rename the card or delete the card.
✏️ Rename the card For a better overview, you can give each card a unique name (e.g., "Office Coffee Card" or "School Pass").
Type the desired name in the text field.
Press "Save" to save the changes.
Remove card (in case of loss or theft) Have you lost a card or are you no longer using an old one? Remove it immediately from your account.
Press the orange trash can icon in the top right corner.
Press confirm to permanently remove the card.
Please note: As soon as you remove the card, it becomes immediately unusable. In case of loss, this prevents others from paying with your balance.
